Google Business Profile management

Your Google profile, fully handled.

Most customers meet you on Google before they ever call. We keep your Google Business Profile complete and current, post to it every week, and answer every review in your voice, so that first look turns into a call.

Run by a Google Local Guide, Level 7

Example only. The business, post and review are made up.

What you get

Everything on your Google profile, done for you.

A complete, accurate profile

We fix and fill in everything Google shows: categories, services, hours, holiday hours, service area, description, phone and website. Then we keep it that way.

Weekly posts and fresh photos

Updates, offers and real photos of your work, so your profile looks active instead of abandoned.

Reviews, asked for and answered

Every customer gets a review request, and every review gets a real reply in your voice. It’s part of the service, not an extra.

Your name, address and phone, matched everywhere

Your NAP is checked and fixed on the main sites customers and AI tools pull from, like Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, Facebook and BBB, so every listing matches your Google profile.

Watched for unwanted edits

Anyone can suggest changes to a Google listing. We check yours and fix wrong hours, numbers or addresses before they cost you calls.

A plain-English monthly summary

What we changed, what customers said, and what to fix first. If the same complaint shows up three times, you hear about it.

Reviews, included

Why reviews matter to Google.

Google says local results are based mainly on relevance, distance and prominence, and that your review count and rating count toward prominence. Local search specialists track four things about reviews, and so do we.

QuantityHow many reviews you have.
QualityYour average star rating.
RecencyNew reviews coming in now, not a burst from two years ago.
Steady paceReviews at a natural rate. Sudden spikes look suspicious.

Ask every customer, right away

By text, email or QR code right after the job or visit, with your direct review link so nobody has to search for you.

Reply to every review, promptly

Positive and negative, in public. For a complaint we stay calm, say we want to make it right, and move the conversation offline.

Handle fake reviews the right way

If the reviewer was never your customer, we say politely that we have no record of the visit and ask for details. Spam and abuse get reported through your profile.

Stay inside Google’s review policies

No screening out unhappy customers and no discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews. Both break Google’s rules.

Technician was friendly but he showed up two hours after the window and nobody called to tell me. Work was fine, but I had to take half a day off.

Common reply

Thank you for your feedback. We value all of our customers and strive to provide the best service. Please contact us if you have any other concerns.

Our reply

Dana, you should have gotten a call the moment we knew we were running late, and you did not. That is on us, and I am sorry you lost half a day. Please call the office and ask for the owner, and we will work out a credit on your next visit.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs.

01

You buy and give us access

Add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile and tell us how you like to talk to customers. It takes a few minutes, and you stay the owner.

02

We fix and set up everything

We clean up your profile, match your name, address and phone across your other listings, connect review requests to the way you already book customers, and answer reviews that never got a reply.

03

Every month after that

Weekly posts, fresh photos, every review answered, every customer asked, and a short summary. No new software to learn.

Our rules

What we will never do.

Buy or write fake reviews

Every review on your profile comes from a real customer. Fake reviews get removed and can get your profile suspended.

Stuff your name with keywords

Adding search terms to your business name breaks Google’s guidelines and can get the profile suspended. Your name stays your real name.

Ask only the happy customers

Sending the link only to people likely to say something nice is called review gating. Google’s rules do not allow it.

Promise you the #1 spot

Nobody honest can. What we promise is a complete, active profile and a real answer to every review.

FAQ

Questions.

Are reviews extra?

No. Asking for reviews and replying to them is part of the service.

What is NAP, and why does it matter?

NAP is your business name, address and phone number. When it’s different on Google, Yelp, Apple Maps and other sites, customers and search engines get mixed signals. We make them all match.

Do I lose control of my profile?

No. You stay the owner. We’re added as a manager, and you can remove us at any time.

Can you guarantee I’ll rank first?

No, and be wary of anyone who says they can. Distance alone is outside anyone’s control. We work on the parts Google says it looks at: a complete, accurate profile and real reviews.

What about fake or unfair reviews?

If the person was never your customer, we reply politely in public that we have no record of the visit and ask them to get in touch. Reviews that break Google’s rules get reported through your profile.

Do I have to learn new software?

No. Your phone line and the way you book customers stay the same. We handle the rest and send you a short monthly summary.
