Stand taller.
Move freely.
Live without pain.
Structural realignment therapy for chronic pain, postural dysfunction, and movement patterns your body has quietly been holding for years.
What is posture realignment?
Most chronic pain isn’t random — it’s structural. When your spine drifts out of its natural curves, surrounding muscles compensate. Over years, those compensations become the new normal. Realignment therapy reverses that pattern, systematically.
Assessment first, always
We spend significant time mapping how you move before we touch a single muscle. Understanding the pattern matters more than treating the symptom.
Systematic, not symptomatic
Each session builds on the last. We work the full structural chain — not just where it hurts, but why it hurts.
Results you keep
Between sessions, you’ll receive targeted corrective exercises. The goal is a body that holds its own alignment — not one dependent on a table.
The work
Every service is designed around a single question: what is your body actually doing, and why?
A comprehensive 90-minute evaluation of your spinal curves, muscle balance, and movement patterns — the foundation every subsequent session is built on.
Targeted myofascial work to release deep holding patterns in connective tissue. Slow, sustained pressure that follows the structure — never forces it.
A personalized home practice of restorative stretches and neuromuscular re-education exercises, calibrated to your specific postural pattern.
Once you’ve achieved structural baseline, periodic tune-ups keep you there. For those who move hard, sit long, or simply want to stay ahead of it.
Who it’s for
Posture realignment isn’t a luxury — it’s for anyone whose body has been compensating long enough that pain has started feeling normal.
Forward head posture, rounded shoulders, compressed lumbar — the modern seated position is quietly destructive. We reverse it.
Structural imbalances limit performance and increase injury risk. Realignment improves force transfer, range of motion, and recovery.
If you’ve tried massage, physio, and chiro without lasting results, a structural lens often reveals what’s been missed. Your pain is real — and it almost always has an explanation.
Injuries heal. But the compensatory patterns they leave behind don’t go away on their own. This work addresses the structural aftermath, not just the original site.
What clients say
Four years of lower back pain resolved in six sessions. I finally understand what my body was doing — and what to actually do about it.
I came in convinced I needed surgery. Six sessions later, I’m running again. The structural assessment alone was the most useful thing any practitioner has ever done for me.
My hips had been uneven for years. No one had ever explained why — let alone had a plan for it. This was different from the first session.
Meet your therapist
I’m a licensed structural bodywork therapist trained in postural assessment, myofascial release, and corrective movement. My practice is built around a single conviction: that most chronic pain has a structural explanation — and a structural solution.
Before opening Align & Restore, I spent several years working with physical therapists, orthopedic specialists, and movement coaches. What I found — over and over — was that the structural root of pain was consistently overlooked. That gap is what this practice is designed to address.
“Your body has a logic to it. My job is to understand that logic — not override it.”
Ready to realign?
The first session is 90 minutes. We spend the first half simply watching how you move. Book your structural assessment and we’ll take it from there.
